Brother, I Don’t Give A Shit

Written by on September 12, 2017

I don’t give a shit if you are introverted.
I don’t give a shit if you’re currently out of shape.
I don’t give a shit if you’re bald.
I don’t give a shit if you’re short.
I don’t give a shit if you feel alone right now.
I don’t give a shit if you think you’re too sensitive.
I don’t give a shit if you’re scrawny.
I don’t give a shit if you haven’t been on a date in 2 years.
I don’t give a shit if you get “friend zoned” all the time.

I do give a shit if you are willing to love yourself.
I do give a shit if you are willing to do the work.
I do give a shit if you are willing to learn and grow.
I do give a shit if you are willing to get stronger.
I do give a shit if you are willing to feel your emotions.
I do give a shit if you are willing to ask for help.
I do give a shit if you learn to have healthy friendships with men.
I do give a shit if you want to be in a relationship.
I do give a shit if you’re ready to believe in yourself.
I do give a shit if you are willing to define your own masculinity.
I do give a shit if you have a good heart.
I do give a shit if you are willing to give a shit about yourself.

There is a woman out there right now that is a great match for you.
And you are a great match for her.

She could be in front of you tomorrow at Starbucks, but chances are that you’re not gonna even see her as long as you have your own shit blocking your view.

You are not fucked up.
There is nothing wrong with you.

You get to love yourself and to be loved.
You can have a different experience than what you’re currently living.

And it all starts with you choosing to value yourself.
